Singhs Capital Group reserves the right to make unilateral modifications to these Terms of Service and/or the Terms and Conditions. It will provide notice of these changes as described below. Each modification will be effective upon posting on this Site. You agree to be bound to any changes to this Agreement when such modification is posted on the Website.
